JOSEPHINE BRODEUR
Josephine is Certified Mediator (IMAQ).
Strengthened by her experience in commercial real estate and her MBA studies, she developed her skills in negociation, business relationships and project management.
She is the Founder of Third Chair.

GABRIEL AUGER
Gabriel is a mediator and a lawyer.
Since 2015, Gabriel has given ADR a prominent place. Besides seeking amiable resolutions for his clients, Gabriel practices as a mediator.
He is pragmatic, franc and oriented towards the process of ADR.
Gabriel is completing his master in law in ADR with Sherbrooke University.

ANA MARIA OTERO
Ana is a Certified Mediator (IMAQ).
She has worked over 25 years in labour law and taught classes at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She has succeeded the exam to be part of the magistrate in 2012, she was nominated Judge.
She is completing a D.E.S.S. in ADR at the Sherbrooke University.

ELVIS GRAHOVIC
Elvis is a Certified Mediator (IMAQ) and a trainer.
He teaches several classes at the Faculty of Law of Sherbrooke University, including one which he created for the Masters degree : this course deals with personal development, mindfulness and the work ethics of ADR professionals.

MATTHIEU BARDIN
Matthieu is a Certified Mediator (IMAQ) and holder of a Masters degree (LL. M.) in ADR.
He works as a consultant for city councils and as an analyst in the field of community participation and decision-making.
Mathieu advocates a shift in mindsets regarding the way we manage conflicts.
He offers a process that is collaborative, neutral and confidential. The process aims at reaching operative, interest- based agreements.

ANDRÉ LADOUCEUR
Maître André LADOUCEUR is a retired lawyer. He completed an MBA, as well as a PhD in labour relations.
He taught law and administration at the University of Montreal and mediation at the University of Sherbrooke. He has acted as an arbitrator and as a Certified Mediator (IMAQ) for more than 37 years.
Now semi-retired, he is focused on mediation and group facilitation jobs.

ÁLVARO ECHÁNOVE
Alvaro is a mediator (IFOMENE) and a musician.
After completing a Masters Degree in Anthropology of Law at the Sorbonne, he went on to become a social worker. That’s where he developed his skills in group facilitation and conflict regulation.
He feels comfortable in informal environments with high emotional load, in emergency situations and intercultural settings.

MATTHIEU LAVALLÉE
Matthieu is an engineer.
He managed all strategic phases of project execution in the energy sectors. In addition, he was a senior member of the Hydro-Québec team responsible for the request for proposal (RFP) in the Energy sector.
Matthieu also acted for Hydro-Quebec International, ‘Centre International des Grands Projects’ and as a strategic consultant and internal technical advisor in the field of Engineering services and consulting.

PHILIPPE BRUNET
Philippe is a consultant our pilot project in municipal affairs.
Ex-Mayor of Saint-Lambert (2009-2013), he knows first hand the issues affecting municipalities.
Philippe has been Principal Director Exchange for over 40 years and has taken various roles in Treasury.
